MOHC is a Bournemouth-based software consultancy providing IT solutions to the healthcare sector. We are currently looking for a talented Node.js Full Stack Developer to join our team of developers and web designers working in an Agile SCRUM environment.
Specialising in designing, building and supporting complex online IT solutions, we have pioneered the development of online doctor services in the UK and Ireland. We build disruptive products that continue to revolutionise the delivery of primary health care in the private sector using cutting edge technologies.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the skills to design, develop and deliver software solutions based on client requirements using code such as Node.js.
We will encourage you to use SOLID design principles and be involved in projects using rapid prototyping and R&D, together with enhancements to the Company’s innovative healthcare platform.
Main responsibilities:

We are looking for a digital engagement and events coordinator to provide temporary maternity cover. The role builds and maintains the OASYS brand and through email campaigns, social media, web site content and other marketing initiatives, help generate new business and retain existing customers. The successful candidate will have a marketing background and excellent communication skills both written and verbal together with an ability to understand our engineering product base (enough to create interest) and be highly self-motivated. The role includes the management and supervision of the digital engagement and events assistant(s) and report to the OASYS sales & marketing manager.

You will make an impact in this role by:
- Managing and executing the day to day marketing of Oasys and its product portfolio
- Working closely with OASYS Business Development Managers
- Monitoring and controlling the OASYS marketing budget
- Managing email campaigns & lists to ensure GDPR compliance
- Generation of leads & capturing sales lead data in Microsoft CRM system
- Working closely with product managers to ensure a steady flow of product news through digital channels, social media and printed media
- Working with graphic designers and writers to produce marketing material (print & digital)
- Maintenance of OASYS social media presence
- Promotion of events and products through email and social media
- Managing the logistics for conferences and exhibitions both physical and virtual
