We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!

Who we are

You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. We put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts – whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

From cinematic features to Shampoo Bars at international festivals there’s no creative and marketing challenge we won’t take on, using a global team of creative marketeers, film makers, designers and story tellers that can rapidly adapt and experiment we work in partnership with other areas of the Lush business as well as external industry experts and partners to turn concepts into successful initiatives and projects at global scale.

You’ll be taking on the project management of some of the key initiatives, facilitating task prioritisation and delegation along with working to unblock and support the global team to ensure they are on track and delivering.

With a rapidly changing work environment, you’ll be comfortable with priorities and requirements changing, and thrive in taking on challenges as they appear.
