About the team
Global Brand & Marketing lead what the brand looks, feels and sounds like at Lush, concepting and providing marketing campaigns and solutions to grow the brand and excite audiences.
From cinematic features to Shampoo Bars at international festivals there’s no creative and marketing challenge we won’t take on, using a global team of creative marketeers, film makers, designers and story tellers that can rapidly adapt and experiment we work in partnership with other areas of the Lush business as well as external industry experts and partners to turn concepts into successful initiatives and projects at global scale.
About the role
As the Programme Manager for the team, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of all work currently in progress, as well as a good view of incoming work. You’ll be communicating with stakeholders across the business to take briefs, establish requirements, manage expectations, get feedback and support a team of marketeers, PRs and creatives in executing the marketing and brand strategy.
Optimising performance to the Nth degree; the Programme Manager must react realistically to objectives, managing resourcing and roadmapping accordingly. We are strengthening how our brand and marketing teams are structured and supported globally. As a result we are looking for a senior project manager to help build and shape our brand project management function. You will be responsible for guiding and steering projects, and creating a strategic workflow to get the work done effectively.
You’ll be taking on the project management of some of the key initiatives, facilitating task prioritisation and delegation along with working to unblock and support the global team to ensure they are on track and delivering.
With a rapidly changing work environment, you’ll be comfortable with priorities and requirements changing, and thrive in taking on challenges as they appear.
What you should have
- Senior experience in a similar role.
- A track record of delivering marketing projects at scale by working with multidisciplinary and global teams.
- A critical mind, and the ability to weigh up the pros and cons of a solution from all angles.
- Great at facilitating meetings by organising attendees, agenda, purpose and outcomes.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, flexible working culture.
- A passion for media and marketing, and delivering great projects that have a positive impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to train, develop and upskill teams on project management
- Experience of managing budgets

As Production Coordinator at Currys, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative and Content team with the delivery of all Currys creative across CRM, Social, Retail, and Copywriting.
You are a highly organised and efficient Production Coordinator. Your responsibility will be within the Creative Production team and point person for the creative team. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience at a design or creative agency who can hit the ground running. You are a proactive professional and use your organizing skills to collaborate and facilitate a smooth workflow. You will be practised at setting up robust processes and systems to keep the studio running effectively and talents thriving.
You Will:
- Support the Designers in their day to day of running projects
- Ensure all jobs are delivered on time and following the right delivery & clearance process
- Maintain delivery logs and tracking of projects
- Work closely with creative team to ensure they have assets / content they need in creative & production stages
- Ensure all formal and informal production meetings are scheduled
- Maintain team documents including resource and project trackers
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to capture content, ensure specs and formats are correct for various outputs and distribute material & information in a timely & effective manner
- Manage quality control throughout the process and understand everything about the brand. Stays ahead of all updates and changes required
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production and/or Studio Coordinator
- Experience managing creative teams across multiple deliverables simultaneously
- A can-do attitude and approachability; demonstrates a flexible, solution orientated and pro-active approach and is a great teammate!
- Great interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide range of contacts.
- To be highly organised, manages time, prioritises effectively, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
- Familiarity with project management software
- Experience in a studio or agency environment is extremely desirable
